Styling A Table
No Farm Table is complete without a Centerpiece! Shop Urban Farmhouse Designs for unique Home Decor pieces In-Store or Online to recreate this look! My favorite items to use are UFD Tulip Crates, Dough Bowls, and Orchids.
Let’s get started!!! For this photo shoot, we used our Reclaimed K-Frame All Thread Farm Table.
You want to add height to your tablescape. Here we used a vintage metal tray on 4 legs and a hand fired clay vase. You can also take an old metal bucket and turn it upside down to add height and texture.
Here we started adding our greenery. We used some eucalyptus branches in a white clay vase for even more height in our tablescape.
Add a contrasting texture for visual impact. I grabbed this wood and wire basket to fill in the arrangement. The warmth of the wood and the pattern of the wire adds interest to the design.
Add the finishing touches! You can always keep what you have year round but change out small things like branches in your vase or the type of candle you have added to it. I love to use florals with color in the spring and evergreen branches in the winter. Use what is handy in your home and think of your tablescape as a way to celebrate each passing season in your home.
I usually do a new one in the spring, summer, fall, and winter. For summer I have added green moss balls and used this willow basket to keep it very simple. In the winter take out the moss balls and fill your basket with ornaments. For each Holiday you can add fun themed items inside the basket as well. The possibilities are endless!!!
